Lets say, for example, you have no equity in your home & you are going to stay in the area. The best solution for you may be to work with someone that can prolong the sale of you home for the longest amount of time while you are not making a payment to the bank. This will allow you to save money for a fresh start. Keep in mind real estate agents do not get paid until the sale of a home takes place.
